Thank you for considering Travelers Canada as your warranty provider. If you would like to apply to become a registered builder and be eligible for the Travelers Canada's home warranty program, please contact one of our underwriters at [email protected] to request a Builder Application.
Please advise Travelers Canada if the civic address or legal description of your project has been changed or amended. For properties in British Columbia, this amendment must also be processed by BC Housing and can be done through your BC Housing online builder portal.
It is critical to ensure that the homeowner receives a maintenance manual as it will allow them to properly maintain their new home and its components in a timely fashion.
