Yes, we have an established integration with CARM for all D120 bond requests.
Yes, SuretyLink has integrated DocuSign specifically for obtaining signatures on an indemnity agreement.
Yes, once a bond has been approved and issued in SuretyLink, a bond change or cancellation can be requested. All cancellations and bond change requests will be referred to an underwriter.
Yes, to access SuretyLink all users require MFA. This means that when you log in with your username and password, you will also be required to verify your identity through one of four methods of verification: SMS text, voice call, email or Google Authenticator.
Yes, anyone requiring access to SuretyLink will need an individual ID and password to access the portal.
