Important changes

Effective January 2, 2026, Travelers Insurance Company of Canada (“TICC”) and The Dominion of Canada General Insurance Company (“The Dominion”) were acquired by Definity Financial Corporation.

Effective January 2, 2026, New Home Warranty policies or Surety products that were underwritten by TICC have been assumed by St. Paul Fire and Marine Insurance (“SPFM”), which continues to operate as Travelers Canada.
