We underwrite:

Medium to Jumbo size Civil, Electrical, Mechanical Specialized Trade and General Contractors whose:

• Owner/Management/Key on site personnel have a minimum of 10 years of contracting experience individually, and
• Companies have minimum revenues of at least $3,000,000

Stand-alone Course of Construction and/or Wrap Up coverage for construction projects; insured by either the Owner (OCIP’s) or Contractor (CCIP’s)

Insured Projects include but is not limited to:

Construction/Erection work for -

• Buildings; Hospitals;
• Production Facilities; Warehouses;
• Highways, Streets, Bridges, Tunnels;
• Structural Steel Erection;

Installation work for -

• Sewers, and Water mains, Pipeline;
• Plumbing, Heating, Air Conditioning;
• Mechanical and Electrical infrastructure and systems.

• Property, Business Interruption and/or Contractors Equipment coverage
• Casualty program including: Sudden and Accidental Pollution and Rework coverage
