Protecting your investment in your new home.

A new home is likely the largest investment of your lifetime. If you have purchased a new home built and sold by a Travelers Canada approved builder, you are eligible to protect your investment from defects from the trusted provider in new home warranties in British Columbia and Alberta.

B.C.’s Homeowner Protection Act & Alberta’s New Home Buyer Protection Act, outline specific details about the mandatory home warranty coverage. Travelers Canada’s New Home Warranty coverage provides new homeowners with important home protection and coverage both before and after buying a new home.
